TWICE marks 10 years with a nostalgic MV and new milestones.
THIS IS FOR World Tour Part 2 expands globally with new dates.
Tickets are now available worldwide.

Few groups in K-pop have defined an era quite like TWICE. As they approach their 10th debut anniversary on October 20, the nine-member powerhouse (Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Sana, Jihyo, Mina, Dahyun, Chaeyoung, and Tzuyu) stands as a true global phenomenon. Over the past decade, they have grown from bright rookies into one of the most powerful girl groups in the world, topping the Billboard 200, headlining massive stadiums, and creating an irreplaceable bond with their fans, ONCE. And now, as they mark this milestone, TWICE is celebrating with a nostalgic new music video and the next chapter of their record-breaking world tour.

A Decade in Music: Nostalgia and New Beginnings

To honor their 10th anniversary, TWICE released a special music video that captures their journey from 2015 to today. It is more than a tribute; it is a time capsule that celebrates everything they have built with their fans. The MV revisits some of the group’s most iconic eras with emotional references to Like Ooh Ahh, What Is Love?, and Knock Knock, blending scenes and outfits from their early days with the confident image they’ve built over the years. The video has sparked heartfelt reactions from fans who have grown alongside TWICE for the past decade.

“This song and video was the perfect way to celebrate 10 years of Twice. Loved all the references to Like Ooh Ahh and other past videos. What an amazing journey it’s been with them so far.”

“The fact that they recreated their debut MV makes it even more special 😭😭😭❤️”

“Mina’s voice seems unreal. ✨ This MV is so beautiful, and all the references 😭 How many ONCEs are here since day one?”

Since their debut on October 20, 2015, TWICE’s music has embodied brightness, joy, and self-belief. Their early sound was built on vibrant pop energy, a distinct contrast to JYP Entertainment’s previous groups. Over time, that sound has evolved into something deeper, exploring themes of empowerment and authenticity. Their 4th full album This Is For is a testament to that growth, with tracks like “Mars” and “Dat Ahh Dat Ooh” reflecting introspection and bold self-assurance.

Even the Netflix animated hit KPop Demon Hunters mirrors TWICE’s story of transformation, celebrating pride, vulnerability, and unity, values the group has championed. Their version of the OST “Take Down” and the empowering title track “This Is For” further emphasize their evolution from “cute” idols to global role models who inspire confidence and solidarity.

“THIS IS FOR” World Tour Part 2: A New Era on the Global Stage

TWICE’s journey is not only written in their music but also in their ability to captivate audiences around the world. Following a decade of record-breaking achievements, from being the first girl group to headline SoFi Stadium to becoming household names in Japan’s Nissan Stadium, they continue to expand their global footprint with their sixth world tour, THIS IS FOR World Tour Part 2.

With an unprecedented 56 shows in 42 cities, this is TWICE’s most ambitious tour yet. The group recently completed a Japan dome tour that drew 400,000 fans, and due to overwhelming demand, additional shows across North America, Europe, and the UK have now been added. Tickets are already available for purchase.

“WHO ELSE IS GOING TO SEE THEM ON TOUR?”

“10 years later and Twice still doing great in the industry is amazing.”

“It’s been 10 amazing years with TWICE 🖤!!! Praying for 10+ more years with OT9. 😊”

This expansion of THIS IS FOR World Tour Part 2 comes on the heels of TWICE’s historic performance at Lollapalooza Chicago, where they became the first K-pop girl group to headline the festival. Critics from publications like the Chicago Sun-Times praised their “completion of the golden resonance,” highlighting the maturity and depth of their artistry.

The group has also continued breaking records on global music charts. “Take Down” and “Strategy,” both featured in KPop Demon Hunters, reached new peaks on the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 50 and 51, remaining on the chart for 13 and 11 weeks respectively. These achievements, combined with their growing live performance power, show how TWICE has transformed early doubts about their stage presence into one of their greatest strengths.

As part of their anniversary celebrations, TWICE will release the special album TEN: The Story Goes On on October 10, followed by a fan meeting titled 10VE UNIVERSE on October 18 in Seoul. On October 20, their official debut day, the documentary One in a Mill10n will premiere in theaters worldwide, offering a cinematic look back at their decade-long journey.

From their humble beginnings to becoming a global pop force, TWICE’s first decade is a story of resilience, growth, and unwavering connection. They have redefined what a girl group can achieve, setting new standards in music, performance, and global influence. As they step into their next chapter with THIS IS FOR World Tour Part 2 and new music on the horizon, one thing is certain: the story of TWICE is far from over.
